These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Eellu mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by Profound AI Solutions LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using Eellu, you agree to these Terms.

Our Mission

Eellu is built to bring joy through shared media experiences. We've intentionally designed the platform without toxic engagement features, algorithmic manipulation, or advertising. Our goal is to help you connect with friends over the movies, TV shows, books, podcasts, music, and sports you love.

Account Registration

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Eellu.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.
• One person, one account. Multiple accounts are not permitted.

Acceptable Use

Eellu is a space for sharing joy. When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Post content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory.
• Share explicit, violent, or illegal content.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service.
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or exploit vulnerabilities.
• Use the Service for spam, advertising, or commercial solicitation.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you post on Eellu. By posting content, you grant us a limited license to display it within the Service to your followers. We will never:

• Sell your content to third parties.
• Use your content for advertising purposes.
• Train AI models on your personal content without consent.

Third-Party Content

Eellu displays information about movies, TV shows, books, music, and podcasts from third-party sources (such as TMDB, Google Books, and others). This content is provided for informational purposes. We do not claim ownership of this third-party content, and it remains subject to the respective providers' terms and copyrights.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in behavior that harms the community. If your account is terminated, you may lose access to your content.

Service Availability

We strive to keep Eellu available and functioning smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We'll do our best to notify you of significant changes in advance.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Eellu is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Profound AI Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
